We are so grateful to Dana Lieberman for becoming the latest member of our panel. Dana is the owner of Bent Up Cycles in North Hollywood, California and known widely in bent circles as an accomplished ultra racer and a mechanical maven of recumbents. Dana will be featured monthly on a segment called "Dana's Tech/Mech" where he will talk to us from his shop about the mechanical "how-to's" or the latest technical developments available for our bents. Welcome aboard, Dana!
The Outspoken Cyclist is a weekly podcast hosted by Diane Jenks. Diane has been talking about all aspects of cycling and people who ride for 6 years. For some reason she thought I would make an interesting guest on her show and called me for an interview this week. I talked about the Laidback Bike Report and the world of recumbent cycling during this interview. I hope you'll listen to this and perhaps check out some of her other podcasts. You can find this podcast here:
The Outspoken Cyclist Show #317-October 15, 2016
When it comes to being a true pundit in the bent world there are many pretenders. Some may know about trikes and some may know about bikes. There are those well versed in ultra racing and those in HPV speed records. You've got your bent manufacturing insiders and your bent bike shop mavens. You even will see a few online social media types who try to get a handle on all this stuff (ouch!) But there is really only one guy who comes with all the official and street cred in one wound up package and that would be Bryan J. Ball. We are therefore very excited to announce the addition of Bryan to the Laidback Bike Report as our News Anchor. Starting this Sunday and each month he will bring you his unique and entertaining take on the latest events and changes in the bent world. I hope you will all welcome Bryan to the show.
